On May 3 starts at the facilities of the School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena, the second edition of the Course of Traffic Accident Investigation, Level III, directed exclusively to police the City of Cartagena.
This course is part of FORMATIO SCHEDULE "N FICO AND RESEARCH IN ART" OF ACCIDENTS, designed by the local police school in the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with the ESPAC (School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena).
The courses are taught by experts as the Local Police Inspector, Antonio García Ruiz, also of the experience as head of the local police in Cartagena during the past 25 years, adds his degree in various branches of Engineering and Sergeant Local Police, Juan José Díaz Noguera, Criminologist and responsible for years of service packed with the local police in Cartagena.
There is also collaboration with experts from the Guardia Civil in the interpretation of tachographs and forensic specialists, responsible for education in biomechanics of accidents.

These courses are of very high level of expertise and training, and are based on the application of the principles of Newtonian physics to the investigation of accidents.
Concepts such as acceleration, power shift, force of friction, rolling resistance and mass center are part of everyday life of these teachings.
Few in Spain Local Schools Police have approached the investigation of accidents at these levels, given the complexity of the teachings.
Traditionally, this level of expertise has only been taught at technical universities such as Barcelona, ​​Valencia or Madrid, or by private schools.
