The Local Government Committee this morning awarded the concession to build and operate the underground parking of the Avenida de America to González Soto, for a fee of 215,730 euros.

The park will have about 350 parking spaces, will be built on one floor, comprising, from the square to that of Bastarreche Mexico, and will involve the redevelopment of the area with the removal of the existing trees and removal of the four lanes to center of the avenue.
Side sidewalk will be 14 meters in width, and the excavation of the parking will not approach closer than 8 meters from the facades of buildings.
