The new system introduced on the website of the Planning Department provides access easily and directly records or site plans for parcels, if known cadastral reference or coordinates
The website of the Municipal Urban Planning has made ​​available to users a new feature to easily view, directly and unambiguously, the site plans and urban classification of a parcel or geography of the municipality.
This information is included in the new query module Geographic Information System, GIS., Web www.gemuc.es .
The new service provides access to all urban information on a plot where known cadastral reference or coordinates.
To view this information must be entered on the web www.gemuc.es , deploy Urban Information tab, located on the top menu, and select GIS Consulting Once you open the display GIS information can be found in the System Review the General Plan, or plot or point information.
In this last section contains the cadastral situation in the ortho and viewers of the current Plan and the Review, as well as internal information display intervention and records related to the plot and the apple.
With this new module launched from the Documentation and Information Service Urban Development, aims to provide a municipal service in an open and easy for all citizens by taking advantage of new technologies.
