The Palace Hall of Cartagena will host for the first time on Friday, April 8, the official ceremony of delivery of the processions of the Year Award, which this year was awarded to the storekeeper of the Brotherhood mako, Eduardo Vilar Saura.
The event will start at seven in the evening and will be chaired by the Councillor for Culture, Rosario Montero, and the president of the processions of the Year Award given this award, Santiago Díaz Izquierdo.
During the ceremony Eduardo Vilar receive the traditional figure of the processions of the Year, along with the gold insignia of the award and the city of Cartagena, and the corresponding title.
Tribute also will join the many organizations, associations and institutions of the city, among which are civil and military authorities and guilds and groups of Easter.
This event had been held so far in the course of a meal, that due to the current time of austerity has been replaced by an institutional cutting.
The site chosen was the lobby of the Town Hall, decorated for the occasion and an adjoining room, where you can go through closed circuit television.
