Cartagena Local Police on Tuesday detained a man of 41 years and resident of Cartagena for a total of three crimes against road safety and one of reckless driving, one for driving while driver's license private by judicial decision and a third, for refusing to submit to breath tests.
The incident occurred at dawn, when agents service on the A-30 to the height of the CT-33, located a vehicle traveling at high speed.
When officers tried to arrest him, those involved took flight at high speed, ignoring the signs of the police, who followed him for more than 30 miles to reach the heights of San Pedro del Pinatar, where they managed to intercept it.
Once the vehicle stopped, the officers involved had found that the obvious symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol and also was deprived of a driving license, and was finally arrested on suspicion of three counts against road safety.
