The XVIII Local Youth Football League is organized by the Department of Sports City of Cartagena and Cartagena Club Sport for All, sponsored by Relay Group Galvame and Cajamurcia COLEF and collaboration in the Region of Murcia, Department of Sports the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Club Association of the District of Cartagena (AFCT) FC Cartagena, the Technical Committee of the Cartagena umpire and Medical Center Our Lady of Charity.
As for the XVI Amateur Football League Local Cartagena, after defeating the recovery time of the games remaining, the top four teams from each group, form a new group that played a league for the title of only one first round.

Previously, at 20.00 pm in the press room Cartagonova municipal stadium, there will be a competition committee meeting with all leaders of the participating clubs in order to review and discuss the basis of competition for this new phase competitive and to dispute the Cup championship next
The sixteenth edition of the championship is organized by the City of Cartagena by the Department of Sports and has the support of Club Sports for all Cartagena, the Delegation of the Federated umpire Cartagena County Medical Center and Our Lady of Charity .
