Campus de la Muralla del Mar becomes this weekend at a festival of technology.
More than 300 students to new technology enthusiasts come together from tomorrow, Friday, at the Third 'Teleco CT Lan Party', organized by the Delegation of Students of the School of Telecommunications Engineering of the UPCT.
Video game competitions, lectures and workshops, tournaments and competitions, among other activities, make this program the intense leisure space for users of the digital world.
In 'Teleco CT Lan Party' involved, as well as students of the UPCT, over 16 students from different universities, colleges, vocational training centers.
60% of the students enrolled are UPCT.
This festival offers technology for free Internet access and local networking for all participants, says José Manuel Teira, Delegations of students from the School of Telecom.
It will also include various activities such as lectures and workshop on overclocking, game design, photography ..., a drawing contest artistic improvisation, a night astronomical observation by the Astronomical Association of Cartagena, championships organized video game consoles in partnership with the Avalon The Hideaway, a popular tournament card game Magic The Gathering, a Poker Tournament Texas Hold 'em, among other activities.
The Lan Party begins tomorrow, Friday, at 19:00 am in the "Library of Antigone and remain open continuously until closing on Sunday, at 19:00.
