Cartagena Puerto de Culturas celebrates its tenth anniversary, and after concluding the celebrations designed to honor the Punic world with great success, start activities to honor the Roman city of Cartagena through the Casa de la Fortuna, Decumano and Augusteum.
The scheme of operations for an anniversary of the Roman World begins March 25 and continue through April 30.
On this occasion we pay homage to Roman culture, accounting and spread the qualities of a sophisticated and advanced society, enjoying the delicacies that nature offered.
Within the program of activities can be found on the Augusteum "The Pleasures of the Roman World," a sensory experience in three areas in which they recreate scenes to experience the pleasures of the essence of the Roman world, the feelings of the mundane aspects and divine.
Hear, feel, perceive, will be the keys to drag the mind to leave the visitors on a virtual journey to ancient Cartagonova which will move to the essence of the divinity of the Roman world.
In the Decumano can feel the relaxation of the Spa and its aromas, in Augusteum spirituality of the worship of deities and the Casa de la Fortuna pleasures of the body with a great feast and ritual.
We will also present the General Publius Cornelius Scipio "Africanus" as a theatrical tour.
A photo exhibition Turning the past to the future, reflecting the recovery of archaeological sites, along with a proposal to complement the photo exhibition will be the Roman edition of the cycle the meeting with the author.
