Local Government Board initially approved this morning by the Special Plan Passage Conesa building, according to municipal building regulations, compensates its promoters to the granting of a penthouse set back to compensate them for the appearance of archaeological remains in their basements.
The building is located in the Puerta de Murcia and obtained license to keep the facade and build several houses, shops and two basements for parking.
During the mandatory tasting appeared archaeological remains of a Roman road and a wall.
The conservation of these residues prevents the construction of two basement of 3,200 square meters would be used as underground parking.
The Special Plan approved compensation to developers with a recessed penthouse of about 1,200 meters of surface and allows the use of part of the building to locate parking.
