The Residential Estate Santa has officially released this morning the new residence for more Nova Santa Ana, which opened its doors on February 1, thanks to private initiative of two businessmen Cartagena, which has added a concert with the Community Murciano through the Institute for Social Action (IMAS).
The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Social Policy, Joaquín Bascuñana, Councillor for Social Care, Antonio Calderon, director of the IMAS, Maria Isabel Sola, near the head of the new residence, Juana Maria Rocamora, and entrepreneurs Alfonso García Méndez and Francisco Fernandez.
The new center has a total of 86 seats to the residence, plus 23 seats on the day center, and currently there are 15 residents since its launch.

The director of the residence, Juana Maria Rocamora, reported that the center currently 27 people working between social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, psychologist, nursing and staff of various services such as laundry, cooking and personal reception.
However, contract employees will go on increasing depending on the places that deal may reach 50 workers when fully operational, the director noted.
Rocamora also reported that home prices are the market, around 1,600 and 1,800 euros depending on the assistance required and the dependence of the individual.
The residence also features the latest technological developments as the apparatus used to recover Motometer traction in the legs and strengthen and tone muscles.
For all those visiting the center, next Saturday March 26 there will be an open day in all residences in the Community.
