The Local Police agents as part of the Unit for Old Town and the University District (UCAB) particiapan these days, on 22 and 23 March in tourism training course taught by Cartagena Port of Cultures, which aims to promote and enhance tourism development in our city by offering a more specialized service and quality to those who visit us.
The course, developed with a full program of activities has included both a theoretical and an itinerary through the most emblematic and representative of the estate of Cartagena.
Thus, during this two-day training event, participants travel agents twelve different interpretation centers of tourism in the city, like the Punic Wall, the Museum-Civil War Refuge, the Roman Theatre, Fort Christmas, or Decumano Augusteum, including a ride on the bus tour of the city, with a view to transferring the knowledge gained after its day to day care and public service.
