The Director of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, and
Deputy Mayor of Cartagena, Agustín Guillén and placed ago Tuesday, March 22, the first stone of the second leg of the bike path linking the towns of Cartagena and La Union.
The event will take place at 12.00 hours at the station of La Esperanza.
This action is included within the proposed bike path to connect the municipalities, the first installment in the municipality of La Union is now complete.
The route of this second installment of La Esperanza, on the edge of the municipality of La Union and end at the Plaza Bastarreche of the city of Cartagena.
The first phase of the second tranche, whose work will begin tomorrow, will have 2.5 kilometers away and join the sites of Hope and The Trough, with a budget allocation of half a million euros financed by the Autonomous Community and managed by the City of Cartagena.
