Last Friday, took place in Alcobendas the first meeting of the three programs, including Youth Services of the councils of Alcobendas, Baracaldo and Cartagena, the ones who are certified ISO 9001:2008 in activities of the Youth REAS .
This working group was created as a networking experience that shows the importance of working as the youth population and, at the meeting, began a process of comparison that will include methods and systems operating successfully in each of the municipalities to be more competitive, more profitable, improve their processes and, above all, provide better service to young people.
The technicians were welcomed by Youth Councillor Alcobendas, Luis Miguel Torres, accompanied by the Town Council's Quality Department.
The next workshop is scheduled to take place in Barakaldo.
Cartagena Youth Space is ISO 9001:2008 since June 2008, having held the certificate in subsequent annual audits.
In June this year the service re-audited to renew the recognition of quality.
