The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, has given the traditional Bando Façade designed to facilitate the owners of houses and buildings of Cartagena beautification tasks the same, during the forthcoming Easter processions.
Thus, understanding the licensing of all works for the cleaning and decoration of facades that are made from the publication of the camp, the day March 9 until April 15, Good Friday, so that individuals who want to make some of these tasks can do so at this time without having to ask permission in town.
To receive the benefits established by Proclamation, such work should follow the aesthetic guidelines of the Special Plan Management and Protection of the Historic Cartagena, being, therefore, were those involving listed buildings.
In addition, will be excluded from the application of Bando, licenses requiring approval of the Coastal Authority, when homes are located in the Public Domain Sea-Land or Easement Transit; of the Directorate General for Transport and Ports of the Autonomous Community Region of Murcia, where the homes are located in Protection Easement, or any other authority, to be in public domain areas or condition requiring an explicit authorization.
