Primi Sport Club Deportivo de Cartagena has returned home with a new success achieved by their athletes, this time in the nineteenth century Spain Swimming Championship for people with intellectual disabilities held last week in the municipal flag Carranza Cadiz.
The modalities and Adapted Swimming Competition, Victor Delgado won the gold medal in localized category with a time of 1h.10.20 in the 50 meter backstroke and took the podium next to Juan Pedro Martinez, who also won the gold medal 50 meter freestyle race by winning the other participants.
In absolute mode of competition, also achieved some acceptable results, winning the 9 th place of Manuel Tortosa, the modalities of Breaststroke and Free (50 meters) and 8 th place of Jose Carlos Moreno in the back with 49 "20 which completed the team's participation.
The expedition was composed of athletes also mentioned, also by the managers, Juan Jesús Díaz and as expedition leader, Juan Delgado.
This important success of our team is supported by the hard work done by his coach Antonio Meroño, which prepares a weekly basis in the Sports Center facilities Mediterranean.
Primi-Sport CD participates in national competitions with support from the Department of Sports City of Cartagena, which helps to subsidize training of athletes and sports schools in collaboration with the Directorate General of Sports under the Ministry Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous Region of Murcia.
