The Cafe Cantante de La Palma, returns to star weekend of March with a schedule that includes performances of contemporary music, such as Martirio, highlight of this year, and tasting of typical dishes from the cuisine of our land , some of which can only be enjoyed in those days.
The opening of the Café Cantante will be held Saturday March 5, with performances by the orchestra.
Other groups will go through their new music by the House of Folklore will juice Gnomes, with Celtic music, rock and roll of The X Band; Filiu y Cia bring flamenco pop, and the most original, letting go ¹, pop music played simultaneously in sign language.
Sundays are reserved for the lusts cuisine, with dishes that are only made in these days, arriving on Saturday March 26 at the close of the Café Cantante, an act which will present the poster of the XIX National Festival of Folklore of the Shire Cartagena, which, again, is the work of local artist Pérez Casanova.
The festival will take place during the second week of July.
Finally, on Sunday 27 March there will be traditional Folk Show at the Civic Center with the participation of groups of La Palma and the folk group L'dam corner of New Javalí.
