Poetry Classroom program, organized by the Fundación Carmen Conde-Antonio Oliver, with the collaboration of the Culture Department of the City of Cartagena, offers a new appointment with the literary genre with poet Pilar Blanco.
The meeting will be on Friday 25 February at 20.00 hours in the afternoon at the Municipal Archives of Artillery.
The Carmen Conde Poetry Classroom is a meeting place where poets can showcase their creations and concerns of this literary genre fans, a forum, which until its establishment in November 2009, the city lacked.
A BIOGRAPHICAL
Pilar Blanco was born in El Bierzo, León, although life led her to Alicante.
There have written most of his books: Vocabulary intimate or (Instituto de Cultura Juan Gil Alicantino-Albert 1996), Worlds Dissolved (Algaida 1997); Awash (Visor, 2000), Sea of Silence (Ayuntamiento de Las Palmas 2001); The light wound (Algaida, 2004), Ash (Hyperion, 2005) and The Garden invisible (Rialp, 2006).
