Photoshop, Google, PC or E-mail are no longer terms that sound like Chinese for 15 seniors who have participated since last January in the Computer Course for Seniors Level II organized by the Municipal Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena.

The councilman of Social Care, Antonio Calderon, has been in charge of handing out diplomas to the 15 people aged between 65 and 80 years of age who have successfully completed the course.

The diploma ceremony was held this morning in the building of La Milagrosa, where more are attending classes in the computer classrooms since 24 January, when he began the course that is part of the programming January to March over the Municipal Institute of Social Services.

This training course is a continuation of basic computer made in advance so that older people are incorporating new technologies, which have worked various software applications such as Internet and office software package and photoshop among other resources.

Before receiving their well deserved diplomas, higher had the chance to chat with Antonio Calderon on his experience in this course and while many did not hesitate to connect to the municipal website to catch up with the news of the town, find out who each Council, or find new projects for people of his generation in which to participate.
