The City Council has put out for tender by open competition and open, the administrative concession for the exclusive use of municipal public domain of the plot of 82 World Soccer Field, located in the Eixample-almarjal, concession is granted for the Writing Project Construction and Operation of a football field with bleachers 11 of about 10,700 meters square, and additional facilities in this field.

Thus, this performance will include an underground parking facility of at least 400 seats, which provide access for teams and fans, a sports complex on the surface of three floors of about 2,900 square meters each and cover other sports (gym, Paddle Tennis courts, water sports and spa facilities, etc.) and social (coffee shop, clubhouse, locker rooms), as well as an office building of 1,200 square meters and at least six floors (ground floor and five levels) for subsequent management by City Council and the Football Federation of Murcia.

Here is also included a proposed development of public space affected by the construction works, covering the streets Ingeniero de la Cierva, Corinth and Jacinto Benavente.

The duration of the concession is 75 years, without extension, after signing the contract.

In addition, the concessionaire will finance the works in their entirety, and undertake to operate all the facilities within a maximum period of one year from the completion of the work.

The financial value of the award in the public domain will be determined by the dealer payment of a fee.

With respect to the underground parking, a single fee shall be paid at the beginning of the operation thereof, will be 700 euros for each parking space constructed real, to rise.

As for sports facilities football field and sports complex will be paid, exceptionally, an annual fee of 3,500 euros upwards.

In exchange for this small annual fee, the licensee shall cooperate with the local authority in conducting the training of all teams and league federated local level to ensure they can continue to train for free at alternative venues today, while supplies last construction and operation of the new field, the children of San Ginés College Football, and a space in the new clubhouse facilities now existing.
