Athletes of Sport Primi Cartagena CD that participated last weekend in the National championships cross country, returned home with the gold medal in individual category, and bronze teams.
The tournament organized by the Sports Federation for Persons with Intellectual Disability (FEddi), was held at the municipal specific installations Zafra, Badajoz.
The CD Primi Cartagena Sport has the support of the Department of Sports City of Cartagena, Murcia Federation of Sports for the intellectually disabled (FEDEMIPS) and the Directorate General of Sports of the Autonomous Community.
Our club participated with two teams in two categories such as racing and adapted, for which the club moved to the event with six athletes as representing the two categories, obtaining excellent results.
The six athletes posted to the championship were: Ros Ruben Perez, Pedro José Mora Sanchez, Manolo Tortosa Villalba, José M ª Bastidas, David García González, Alfonso Plazas David Olmos.
Leading the team travel club delegates and Isidoro Moreno Soto Jose Martinez Sanchez, who highlighted the great reception given by the organization in the excellent facilities which hosted the championship, highlighting the Municipal Hall, which also hosted the closing of the competition .
The results obtained by the athletes were:
1. Rubén Pérez Ros, oro.2 medal. Rubén Ros Pérez, Manolo and Pedro José Mora Tortosa, team bronze medal.
3.
In the category of adapted, athletes got great results highlighting the eighth position David García.
