The Technical University of Cartagena (UPCT) has reached an agreement with Napier University Edinburgh on the schoolchildren of Industrial, Telecommunications, Architecture and Building Engineering, Roads and Mines can obtain a double degree by the university, studying the last year in the UK.
Napier University has recently received an award from the European Commission for the improvement and career development of researchers.
The award, named 'HR Excellence in Research', they have achieved 38 European higher education institutions.
The Scottish institution is considered the fifth most modern university in the UK and the first in Scotland, according to published elGuardian Univ Guide.
The basic requirements to qualify for the double degree are: a good academic record in the UPCT and a high level of English.
The Technical University of Cartagena has chosen this month to the ten best records of the students concerned and has recommended five of them.
The selection is in process.
Students who complete part of their studies at Napier University are exempted from payment of fees, and these are very high when compared with the Spanish.
