The Real Club de Regatas de Cartagena and the Association of Friends of the ship Juan Sebastian de Elcano, have jointly organized the Carnival Transit Race IV / I Sailing Ship Juan Sebastian Elcano, held on 26 February, to clothe sailboats to target Gilad to participate in the Carnival Race 2011, organized by the Yacht Club to Guile.
