Local police officers proceeded on Monday February 14 arrest of an individual aged 47 native of Cartagena that riding in anger, refused to pay the fees for the withdrawal of their vehicle impound.

After being informed by the employee of the deposit the amount to be paid, the implicated began beating against the windows of City Council, prompting the intervention of local police.

Finally, the individual had to be reduced and stopped by Agent A in the scene due to a high state of aggression in which he was, thereupon going to court.
