The Rhea and Career Guidance for Local Development Agency and Employment (ALDE) of the City of Cartagena starts next February 21 a new edition of Classroom Program Sets.
The new training program this program has 20 courses and workshops, which this time has been extended to a total of 320 hours, which will be held in the afternoon and continuously between February and June.
The training activities are mainly focused on improving the job search process through self-candidacy, the preparation of interviews, psychological testing, and Internet search, and help to define our goals, career goals, improving our self-esteem and developing creative thinking and positive.
Also offers the possibility to improve our negotiation skills, leadership, problem solving, public speaking techniques, and customer service.
Rounding out the range of courses and workshops Classroom Set, study skills for university students and opposition, other relations and gender equality in the workplace, and this time expanding to two editions of the course Basic Health and Safety Labor is widely demanded.
The recipients of these actions are both unemployed people as active workers.
As in previous editions, with the collaboration of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena q ue offers free credits to students who take the course for the prevention of occupational hazards.
The success of the Classroom Set is being verified by the broad participation in previous editions, specifically between the months of September and December 291 people have completed these courses.
