Councillor of Celebration, Florentina Garcia Vargas, and the president of the Federation of Carnival Cartagena, Carmen Sanchez, presented this morning the activities that form part of the programming of Carnival 2011 in Cartagena.
The party starts on Saturday 26 February with the traditional opening speech and choice of queen and will conclude on Tuesday, March 8 with the traditional parade and the burning of Don Carnal.
In the presentation to the media, have revealed that this year will herald the councilor of Celebration, Florentina Garcia for his dedication, and around the City of Cartagena, the Carnival.

PROGRAMMING "N CARNIVAL 2011
