The 16 students of the Workshop on Employment Care unit organized by the Agency of Local Development and Employment, which ended last December 2010, will carry out unpaid work experience related to the contents of the course in which they participated, thanks to agreements concluded by the ADLE with companies in Cartagena.
These practices will last a month and be conducted in residential Marines in Cuesta Blanca, Casa de Campo in Perín; Los Almendros in Paraje Los Pinos, and the Home Help Service of Murcia, based in Cartagena.
This action is intended, first, that the students complete and apply the knowledge acquired in the employment workshop, making contact with the reality of the labor market as a desirable step in the insertion of the same, and secondly that companies prove the professionalism and skill of the students in the workplace.
