SPCT their harmonization required to pay compensation of other employees and the publication of the accumulated allowance for each Member.
First came the Savings Plan of almost 200,000 per year of regional deputies, paid from the budgets of the Regional Assembly itself, and now from SPCT we reveal the existence of a supplementary social assistance and other economic forecasts for members of the Regional Assembly of Murcia.
On July 10, 2007 was published in the BORM the agreement.
This scheme was published in the first issue of the Seventh Legislature BORM.
This scheme provides a system of severance payments in parliamentary than 30 days per year that has held the post in the Regional Assembly of Murcia or fraction over six months to a maximum of twenty-four monthly payments.
In addition to determining the amount of this allowance shall be based on gross pay for the annuity in which the termination had occurred.
SPCT regional deputies invited to make public when they receive money when they finish their activity, and remember that some of them have up to 16 years in the Assembly.
SPCT wants to show its absolute rejection of the supplementary scheme, because it perpetuates an intolerable privilege not enjoyed by all other workers in this region.
With the labor reform recently approved by the Central Government and others met with rejection of the PP, severance pay is 20 days per year worked, and may even be lower if ongoing losses are justified by the company.
We find it intolerable that this supplementary scheme has also retroactive, because according to the arrangements, members of the Regional Assembly of Murcia, which has served as deputy-a-time basis (ie all) from 1 July 1999 entitled to such compensation.
SPCT think this kind of privileges does not help at all to find a favorable climate for society to help our region's political class to take our region forward.
There are many people having a bad and unacceptable and immoral that such a privilege continue to exist at this time so hard for many families in our region.
