School Students Hostel workshop organized by ALDE (Association of Local Development and Employment), which ended last December 2010, have begun to do unpaid internships in different companies Cartagena related sectors workshops in which they participated.
Practices will last one month and the total number of students is ten recipients: distributed according to specialists: two students Gardening - Garden in the company Orchard, two specialty-in masonry Gepcom Group company, two specialty facilities-in business Sumelsur Technical Applications Ltd. and Southeast Power Supplies, SL, and four specialty woodworking company-one in the Sl and Pallares Lopez and three Talasur SL.
These practices are designed to bring students to apply knowledge acquired during the two years he has gone his training in the school workshop, and begin to make contact with the reality of the labor market, taking a step closer to achieving the job placement.
In addition, this incorporation is to partner companies an opportunity to see the professionalism and skill of students in a job that could be in the future.
A total of 45 students were formed at the Youth Center and Quarrying Occupational training through this project executed with a budget of more than 1,200,000 euros, and were able to enter their profiles in the Employment Agency of the ADLE, working with them to achieve their integration into the labor market.
