The Planning Commission and Infrastructure Information meets on Tuesday 4 January at 12.00 hours to address a single point in its agenda , the final approval of the amendment of the Special Plan Management and Protection of the Historic Cartagena (PEOPCHC), Campus of International UPCT, city of Cartagena Campus, drafted by the Technical Planning Department.

This approval came after several meetings held by the council, the University and the Directorate General of Culture, which have resulted in the incorporation of the amendments to the Plan proposed by the latter adapting the volume of new construction and design service areas.
