The Municipal Council of the Society Old Town Cartagena SA has this morning approved the specifications for rent through the local tender Grape street Jumillano Jara.
This is an old cellar bar that is part of the building of the Palacio de Molina and is owned by the City of Cartagena years, while his former landlord in the activity ceased some months ago.
As explained by Town Planning, Joaquín Segado, the City Council wants to re open to the public as a wine bar with the same name.
