On Thursday, December 30, 2010, at 19 hours will be held in the Plaza de San Sebastián de Cartagena an outdoor concert by the Chamber Orchestra of Cartagena.
The program will be varied and will conclude with the Symphony of Toys by FJ Haydn.
For the execution of this piece, the Chamber Orchestra wanted to have several characters from the political and sporting life of our city.
In the interpretation of this particular work will collaborate sounding toys exceptional musicians: Councilwoman Celebration, Florentina Garcia, the Councillor for Education, Joseph Marotta, the Councillor for Youth, Ruth Mary Collins, the director general of Culture , Isidro Perez, and technical council of Celebration, Juan Manuel Ronda.
For this concert the Orchestra will also have two very special employees for what they represent for our city at this time: Cartagen FC striker Victor Fernandez and his goalkeeping coach Juan Manuel García (Juanmi), both have proved happy participate in this concert, so disinterested.
Solo template will be completed with three students of the Conservatory of Music in Cartagena: Javier Valero, Ana Valero and Alexandra Weber.
For the concert to be perfect, all the guest musicians should go to two trials, which will take place on Thursday December 23 at 10:30
and Tuesday 28 at 17:30 pm in the Auditorium of the Conservatorio de Cartagena.
With this gesture, the orchestra would like to acknowledge the contribution that the City of Cartagena is offering its support in recent years the growth and spread of the Chamber Orchestra in our town, since the creation in 2002, and calls from here all the citizens of Cartagena to enjoy this show so unique.
