Employment Councillor morning delivered the diplomas to the 45 students who have been trained at the Youth Center and Quarrying Occupational training through this project executed with a budget of more than 1,200,000 euros
The 45-trabajadore s students who have completed two years training in various specialties of Gardening, Masonry, Carpentry and Installations will receive their diplomas tomorrow, Tuesday 21 December, at 12.00 at the Youth Center and Training Occupational Canteras.
At the closing ceremony attended by the Director General of the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF), Ginés Martínez González, Councillor for Employment of the City of Cartagena, Ruth Collins, and the Director of the Agency of Local Development and Employment (ALDE) Francisco García-Valenzuela.
Students receive a certificate of knowledge acquired and the number of hours of training developed.
This training introduced their job profiles in the Employment Agency of the ADLE, working with them to ensure their integration into the labor market.
Workshop School Hostel is a project promoted by the Agency of Local Development and Employment (ALDE) and cosubvencionado by the SEF and the ESF, which began its journey on 29 December 2008 with the idea of f orm the unemployed under 25 years in the fields of masonry, gardening, carpentry and installations (plumbing and electricity).
The overall budget for the implementation of the Training Workshop has been of 1,218,194 euros.
School students have received workshop training classes for six months and then, a labor contract year and a half.
Their work tasks foundation, bearing walls, concrete structure, tiling, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and gardening are located in the Occupational Training Center Quarry.
This project has also created a service area for the Youth Shelter installed in the Centre and improve facilities such as grounds around the hostel by the actions of gardening workshop.
