Planning Commission Briefing will meet on Wednesday, December 15, under the chairmanship of the council of the area, Joaquín Segado.
The meeting will be held at 9.30 pm in the council headquarters in the Administration Building of San Miguel.
On its agenda are two issues.
The first on the initial approval of the amendment 134 of the General Plan affecting the lands of the railway station.
This amendment proposes an increase in floor area in these areas, to fund pursuant to agreements with ADIF, the undergrounding of the railway and the construction of a new station that welcomes the arrival of the AVE to the city.
The second refers to the final approval of the Special Plan No. 3, Dock Escombreras, presented by the Port Authority of Cartagena.
As the Commission has hacienda, will meet at 10 am also in San Miguel, under the chairmanship of the council of the area, José Cabezas.
The agenda is composed of three cases concerning the nomination of public spaces, handled by Honors and Awards.
This will dictate the nomination of Joseph Soria Library Cultural Center Luzzy Ramón Alonso, and Tiburcio Narrow street and square Marin priest Prisuelos Adrian Robles, Pozo Estrecho and Los Belones, respectively.
