The two domes that crown the Astronomical Observatory have been placed on the roof of the new Youth Centre and Training Quarries, building share the Youth Council and the Agency of Local Development and Employment.
In the early hours of this morning have hoisted by crane to its final location in the third and last floor of the Youth Center.
The domes are made of stainless steel made in Germany, and a floating slab vibration.
In addition, the youth center will have three telescopes, an optical telescope night, a solar telescope and a radio telescope to observe celestial bodies and the detection of stellar activity.
These facilities will improve the means available, as young people not only have telescopes for astronomical observations using optical devices but also used the new technology of radio telescopes to detect activity, all with the ultimate aim of promoting the hobby and interest in astronomy.
