The Vice President for Research and Innovation will deliver tomorrow, Tuesday, the awards for the fourth children's painting competition organized by the UPCT.
The event will begin with a conference on biodiversity, to be delivered by Professor Antonio Asensio, Department of Agricultural Science and Technology.
This initiative is designed for smaller understand the importance of plants on the ecosystem.
Attendees will also participate in the storytelling "The small Bamako."
The event will end with a chocolate buns and awards ceremony of the painting competition for children both participants and schools.
The competition involved 235 students in grades 5 and 6 of various primary schools in the region.
The theme for 2010 International Year of Biodiversity, is related to biodiversity.
The award ceremony will take place in the Auditorium of the Student House, located at number 26, Angel Street, from 9:30.
The event will present Maria José Vicente Colomer coordinator of the Office of Research and Innovation.
