Canine Rescue Unit of the Region of Murcia (UCAS), specialized rescue team under the Directorate General of Public Safety and Emergency X has organized the International Conference Canine Rescue Unit, made up between 4 and 7 December in Cartagena with a total of 45 people and 60 rescue dogs from all over Spain and Denmark.
In those days, in addition to the relevant practices in different types of terrain, attendees will receive workshops on adaptation of the dog in the working environment, motivation and concentration of the dogs sense of smell, planning search large areas and PTSD among other aspects.
Also during the day on Tuesday, May 7, rescue dog teams work closely with firefighters, emergency medical services and transmissions and Coordination Group of the Directorate General.
This joint practice will take place in the old army barracks in the Guide.
The general director of Public Safety and Emergency Luis Gestoso, assist the development of this year on Tuesday, December 7, at 10:30.
