The Government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, and the dean of the College of Lawyers of Cartagena, Joseph Wheeler Cerezuela, this morning signed a declaration establishing the terms by which the said Bar Association and the Single Desk Aliens of Murcia, develop actions to disseminate information Aliens interest to citizens and professionals involved in the matter.
This collaboration also includes professional training by technicians from the Foreign Office.
In signing the declaration, which featured the head of the Foreign Office, Fulgencio Puche has explained that the Aliens Office and the Bar Association of Cartagena facilitate and / or participate in appropriate, the organization and delivery of courses, workshops, lectures and informational seminars as well as promoting communication channels electronically (infoine, request appointments, ...) between the two institutions.
To this end, the Bar Association of Cartagena, you agree to the following actions:
Provide information sessions for professionals to inform them about the procedures to be performed, the documentation to be submitted and how to establish a better and more agile, communication by electronic means.
Systematize, with the collaboration of the Aliens Office, the lines of communication with this office.
Provide facilities for the delivery of the training, and depending on the availability of them, within its capabilities.
For its part, the Aliens Office to implement the purpose described above, you agree to the following actions:
Receive requests for information, or other documentation as appropriate, according to the terms agreed by both parties and provide a full response in accordance with current regulations on immigration matters.
Provide the Bar Association of Cartagena the information it required on the status of implementation of information service in relation to their members.
Provide facilities and other resources required for the proper development of courses and seminars that are cited in this Declaration, collaborating in organizing them.
Providing a personalized service line on immigration representative of the Bar Association of Cartagena.
Facilitate, through infoine, the service said general information and records, with a capacity of response of no more than 48 hours from the approach of the consultation.
Since the signing of this public statement, both parties, by agreement, shall constitute a committee to monitor the activities scheduled with representatives designated by them to coordinate activities.
This Committee is responsible for planning, monitoring and evaluation of actions arising from this statement.
