A group of 45 elderly people have participated in energy Gymnastics Course organized by the Municipal Social Services for older people, which will close on November 30 with the homework done, teach relaxation techniques, yoga, tai-chi and Pilates .
This activity has been developed over two sessions this year, the first of April to June and the second from October 19 to November 30 during the Tuesday and Thursday in the biggest classroom of Edificio La Milagrosa.
It should be noted the great success of participation and that, given the demand generated, results in the quarter a year with two groups on the same dates as planned but at different times.
As for the courses most in demand by the elderly, in addition to energy gymnastics are the computer and memory training.
