Deputy Mayor of the City of Cartagena, Agustín Guillén, participate in the VII Meeting of the Enlightenment held in San Fernando (Cádiz), from 24 to 27 November with the celebration of the bicentennial of the Constitution of 1812.

The purpose of this conference is to examine two aspects of great relevance for the city of Cadiz: the Enlightenment, such as architectural and artistic movement and on the other hand, the modern parliament.

Theatre Royal Courts will host on Thursday 25 November, the official act of incorporation of new partners in this seventh meeting of the Forum of the Enlightenment, which will be welcomed to the Association to the city of Cartagena, a event to be held from 13.00 pm.

Cartagena's accession to the AICEI already been approved at the time by the City Council, as interesting as part of an organization that brings together cities with an important architectural heritage associated with this cultural movement that began in the Enlightenment.
