The jury of the Poster Contest for Carnival 2011, chaired by the Councillor of Celebration, Florentina Garcia Vargas, met yesterday to issue the failure listed as the winning poster entitled Carnival Cartagena dress, designed by Christopher Domínguez Aguiló.

This work will be for the image of Carnival Cartagena 2011, and has been selected among the 117 posters presented at the contest were shown in an exhibition opened today at the Casino de Cartagena, on Main Street.

The jury, in addition to the Councillor of Celebration, was composed of Isidro Pérez, coordinator of Culture of the City of Cartagena, Ascension Torralba, Member for Culture and the Federation of the Federation of Carnival Cartagena, Josefa Rodríguez, Secretary (With Voice but not vote) and Joaquín Ortega Martínez, President of the Casino de Cartagena, and Fulgencio Jose Calin, vice president of the Federation of Carnival Cartagena.
