The Town Planning of the City of Cartagena, Joaquin Segado, has this morning signed a collaboration agreement with the Department of Public Works of the region and the Ministry of Housing to fund a rehabilitation plan of buildings and houses in Casco Old Cartagena.
The Plan called ARI will scope delineated by the PEOP and investment will in the next two years a total of 2,861,410 euros.
The agreement provides for the financing of structural work, accessibility, appropriateness of items and rooms in 120 homes, roughly.
It also sets improvements to infrastructure and urbanization in the defined environment.
As explained Segado, apply to run the formula developed in the Façade Rehabilitation Plan which provides co-financing between the different authorities and owners of buildings or dwellings that benefit from the aid.
In particular the Ministry of Development will provide through the Secretariat of State for Housing 983,130, 60 euros, which represents 34.36% of total expenditure.
The Autonomous Community, by the Ministry of Public Works will finance EUR 644,608.58, a 22.53% of the total stipulated.
The City of Cartagena invest EUR 667,468.50 implementation of infrastructure and land development, which reflects a 23.33% of total investment.
And individuals should take 19.79% of the cost of rehabilitation, estimated globally at 566,202.52 euros.
500 sheltered housing in MARFAGONES MILLS
Mowing Joaquin also has signed another agreement with the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Development, to arrange the financing of Greater Private Sector Priority ground in Buenos Aires Marfagones mills, with building residential square in the 45,969 meters to build 504 housing.
The total cost of the proceedings amounted to 6,925,620 euros, of which the Ministry of Development will contribute 1,093,680 euros, ie a 15.79% of the cost.
