Cartagena UPyD has received complaints of the pitiful state in which the lighting is Calle Diego Muñoz Calvo, place great movement of pedestrians and neighbors to join the neighborhood bike path with the New Santa, and exploit many people to go out walking or running in the afternoon or night.
The serious deficiencies in the lighting of this area takes place over two months and some streets in the area have been discriminated against when upgrading streetlights mean leaving some of the modernization of equipment upgrades over 18 years.
Cartagena UPyD requires the Department of Infrastructure to take appropriate measures to address the critical shortages that are occurring in facilities that have relatively new and serious deficiencies, demonstrating clearly the Department of attention deficit in their neighborhoods and councils.
