To mark the launch of the new hospital in Cartagena in Santa Lucia, the Department of Fire Fighting, Rescue and Civil Protection of the City of Cartagena held from Thursday 18 November, a series of visits to the hospital complex to see the facilities and to act quickly in case of occurrence of contingencies in which its intervention is required.
Be five visits are carried out, one for each shift, in turn, includes about 20 firefighters, will last all morning and will begin at 9.00 pm with a lecture at the hospital, by the same staff , which explained the configuration of the building, access to the complex and how to ride a vehicle in the area.
Then the fire truck will be touring and light vehicles from outside the hospital, and a walking tour to learn more about the facilities.
The visits will be completed between this week and next, until all members of the Firefighting Service have undergone the new building.
