The Ministry of Health has organized a seminar open to all citizens who wish to visit the General University Hospital Santa Lucía of Cartagena.
The conference will be held the next day Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 November from 10:00 to 14:00.
It has prepared a full stroke of half-hour, so that future users know firsthand the main facilities and advanced technology that's included with this new health infrastructure, which will serve 275,000 people.
In addition, participants will learn the main services and walk along the Green Plant, one of the novelties of the hospital grounds.
The visit will be given information boards and a brochure with all the basic information.
The trip, starting in the emergency department, includes a visit to the Observation Unit and the area of Diagnostic Imaging, which will display the latest technology which is equipped with the new hospital.
In this area, visitors can experience the Siemens Artis zeego, only team in the region to study in Vascular Surgery of the blood vessels and other equipment as Luminus or Ysios, also from Siemens, important tools for high performance diagnostic radiology, who will serve in St. Lucia.
The visit will continue for the Obstetrics Block, which houses the new delivery rooms, and passes through the Surgery Center, which may provide modern integrated operating rooms.
People who make this journey will have the opportunity to also visit a hospital ward.
