Check Entrepreneur Program organized by the Agency of Local Development and Employment, in collaboration with the Professional Associations, has supported professional advice for the creation of 24 companies in Cartagena so far this year, encouraging the hiring of 14 workers.
In total, there are 61 checks requested and granted, providing legal advice, tax and employment of entrepreneurs who have come to the ADLE with a business idea.
In Area of Business during the year 2010, there have been 388 inquiries and has attended to 240 users who have been informed, guided and advised on the creation of enterprises in different sectors.
Through individual sessions, has tried to put the applicants in this service, the knowledge and tools necessary for the promotion, enhancement and implementation of all types of business projects.
In 2009 the number of companies set was 23, contracts of employment from new businesses were 5 and checks requested and granted 55.
As for the type of business to be launched, are diverse: children shoe store, restaurant, bar, new technologies, catering, coffee, commerce, multi-service company, franchises aesthetics, engineering services, multi-price BBQ chicken, sale of furniture, decoration, financial advisory, real estate, trade in clothing and children's trade information services, sports, crafts, clothing store, aviary, parlor, environmental services, etc.
