The third edition of the Barrios of the Local Development Agency and Employment, is already underway since late October in Lo Campano, El Algar and the El-Lomas Albujón Albujón, involving 75 unemployed.
The program is developed in two phases.
In the first, the Guidance, which consists of 5 modules designed to obtain the necessary tools to actively seek employment, are taking about twenty-five people per district, divided into groups of 6 or 7 people.
In these modules help participants develop your resume, cover letter, are given the job search on the Internet and face the job interviews, among other things, as well as information on educational pathways or different training courses on offer at this time.
In the second phase of training, starting on 22 November, eight people selected from each district held for two months, a city maintenance shop, doing the practice in the same neighborhood, under the supervision and teaching of a monitor tutor, to develop practices consist of different areas painted in Lo Campano or masonry work, plumbing and electricity in El Algar and El Albujón and Las Lomas del Albujón, reforming or repairing the neighborhood space that the various neighborhood associations been proposed.
The ADLE Neighborhoods program began with the aim of bringing to the unemployed in various neighborhoods of Cartagena, the actions of actively seeking employment and training activities to facilitate their insertion into the working world.
In the current edition of the 75 participants, 23 are women and 52 men, the proportion of immigrants in Lo Campano 4%, El Albujón 28% and finally 59% El Algar.
