Cartagena Local Police conducted during the month of October 1933 radar controls in different ways the municipality, which spent a total of 6,832 vehicles.

Of these, 4,095 have committed any offense and 224 were reported for speeding, as was evident through the speed trap released by the Directorate General of Traffic to the local police.

This difference between committing an infraction and be reported is that the infractions are for drivers who exceeded the speed limit, always within the margin of ten percent, while outside this ten percent are those who are finally reported .
