The Week XI Historical Novel of Cartagena, on the third day, has had the presence of high-profile writer Cristina López Barrio and his novel The House of the impossible love, a magical story about the legend of Laguna women and the sea of love.
The writer of Madrid, accompanied by Jorge Poyato, president of the Historical Novel, presented this morning in the Hall of Caja Murcia his work which tells a story in the nineteenth century rural Castile.
In the presentation of the novel, his first aimed at an adult audience, Lopez explained that she has been a challenge and satisfaction to write this book.
The author has focused on a strong, cold landscape, particularly in a hunting people invented de Castilla y León.
The Legend of Laguna women bear a terrible curse from the beginning of his lineage and give birth to only girls who perpetuate this cruel legacy.
This story of heartbreak mixes fable, love, suspense and romance literature.

The third day of the eleventh edition of the Historical Novel Week of Cartagena will be this evening Tuesday 27 October at 19.30 pm and will feature the presence of well-known writers as
Cristina López Barrio, with his novel The House of impossible love, James Posteguillo, with his book The Betrayal of Rome, and finally with the writer Pilar Eyre, in his book Passion imperial.
