The deadline for poster presentation at the 2011 Carnaval Official Competition organized by the Federation of Carnival Cartagena, end on Thursday 28 October, may present the work to date in the federation headquarters in graduate school, located in the Gisbert street.
The works involved in the contest, but must be free, will include carnival motifs characteristic of the city, and compete for a single prize of 1,000 euros.
After the run, the posters will be displayed for 10 days.
Within this period will be issued the jury's verdict, which will consist of the mayor or his delegate, the president of the Federation of Carnival Cartagena, Secretary of the Federation of Carnival, with voice but without vote and Members appointed by the Federation.
