The Municipal Institute of Social Services, in its program this quarter, starts on Tuesday, October 19, the course of energetic gymnastics.
Top 50 will perform this activity that will run until November 30.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in two shifts of 25 people each: the first from 10:00 to 11:30, and the second from 11:30 to 13:30 am in the biggest classroom of the building Miracle, in 2010.
Basically it is the largest teaching relaxation techniques, yoga, tai-chi and pilates.
During the months of April to June this year and was made a first call, with a large number of users.
Due to the demand that has forced to establish a waiting list, has launched a course this quarter with two groups, at different times.
The energy gymnastics, along with computer and memory training are the most popular.
